First of the Year - Home Sales will improve by more than 20% from Period Last Year

Hopefully, these are good signs showing their FACE!  Spring is coming, real estate markets may be moving again.

According to the National Association of Realtors, we could see a sales pace of more than 5.7 million by June, a much welcomed improvement from the last few years.
